Back then before I ordered from Neko, I had a bad experience preordering with another seller (or company) so I was really traumatized with preordering. That was why before placing my order, I questioned them a lot and they answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and I am glad that I placed my order with them.
Alya was delayed for a bit but they answered patiently all throughout with my follow ups—I even saw them announce the delays in a post. During booking naman, they were understanding to my requests and accommodated me well.
