Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not accept cancellations/returns for change of mind. All sales are final.

Our refund policy lasts for 1 week. If 1 week has passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.

Always keep the original box and all its contents, we will not honor refunds for items returned with incomplete accessories and damaged packaging.

Item Damaged During Transit

For items damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Review

To be eligible for a refund, video evidence must be presented that the item is damaged out-of-the-box. Eligible refunds would require returning the item with the original packaging intact with all the included parts. Failure to do so voids the refund.

Our team will assess if the item warrants a refund. No refunds shall be issued for minor issues such as minor scratches, minor paint issues, and other minor deformities. For issues, that can be fixed by using a little glue, we recommend a self-fix option.

If no video evidence is presented that the item is damaged out of sealed box, we will assume that the damage is user-inflicted and we are unable to issue a refund/replacement.

For sealed pre-owned items, it is normal for the contents to have stickiness. This occurs naturally in PVC figures that have been sealed for a long time. We will not issue refunds for stickiness and discoloration in sealed pre-owned figures. We can help guide you in fixing these issues.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 to 45 days.

For figure hunts, please note that any amount paid to the Bureau of Customs as part of your purchase is not subject to a refund. On a case-to-case basis, international shipping costs associated with your purchase may not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

Depending on your banks, it may take 30 to 45 days to process your refund.

If 45 days has passed and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

Depending on the manufacturers policy, we may offer replacements for defective parts.

We do not replace items with damaged box claims. If the product is damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. This is not refundable.
