Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final.
Our refund policy lasts for 1 week. If 1 week has passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, video evidence must be presented that the item is damaged out-of-the-box.
Eligible refunds would require returning the item with the original packaging intact with all the included parts. Failure to do so voids the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 to 45 days.
Please note that any amount that we’ve paid to the Bureau of Customs as part of your purchase is not subject to a refund.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on your banks, it may take 30 to 45 days to process your refund.
If 45 days has passed and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
Depending on the manufacturers policy, we may offer replacements for defective parts.
We do not replace items with damaged box claims.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
