Note: This is a lottery ticket for a chance to get various prizes.

Every ticket gets a prize. There is no losing ticket.

Kuji Pre-Order & Draw Rules

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Draw Process

• Sequential Peeling: All tickets will be peeled in the exact order of purchase (based on the system timestamp).

• Drawing Date: The physical draw will take place once the stocks arrive. We will announce the live stream/draw schedule on our social media channels.

• Transparency: Every ticket is physical. Results are final once the ticket is peeled.

2. The “Batch” & Rollover System

• Continuous Queue: We operate on a “per-box” basis (80 tickets per box).

• Automated Rollover: If your purchase exceeds the remaining tickets in the current box (e.g., you buy 5 tickets but only 2 are left in Box #1), you will receive the Last One Prize for the current box, and your remaining 3 tickets will be drawn from a Fresh Box (Box #2). If there are no more boxes left, you will be refunded the cost of the remaining tickets.

• Fresh Odds: Please note that rolling over to a new box resets the prize pool.

3. The “Last One” Prize

• The Last One Figure is awarded to the person who purchases the 80th (final) ticket of any specific box.

4. Shipping & Logistics

• Combined Shipping: All your winnings’ wins be consolidated into one shipment. No splitting deliveries per prize.

• Final Weighing: Shipping fees will be calculated and invoiced separately once the items are on hand.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• No Cancellations: Due to the nature of the lottery, once a ticket is allocated to you in the queue, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

• Manual Inventory: We reserve the right to refund any orders that exceed our total supplier allocation.

• First-Time Launch: As this is our inaugural Ichiban Kuji event, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience. However, we anticipate that operational adjustments may be necessary as we refine our process.

• Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend or update these rules, the drawing schedule, or the queue management system at any time to ensure the integrity of the lottery and the best experience for all participants.

• Communication: Any significant changes to the process will be communicated through our social media channels.
